Personality: R, or Rokuro, is one of the few people who have excellent observational skills in any situation. He is very cautoius and is intelligent, as any detective shoud be. He does not usually hesitate even if the situation is not in his favour and is excellent at maintaining his identity whatever the cost. In my many interigations he seems to play 'good cop, bad cop' by himself which is his biggest flaw. His temper. He is a very odd character because of this. Usually he has a smoking habit and bites his fingernails alot but is not careless of this at crime scenes, it is when he is best thinking doing so. It is no wonder why he has been noted as the best detective in the United Kingdom and ever since the Kira case has arised he plans to take action as to find Kira as his top priority.

Bio: At the age of 4 his foster parents changed his name as they were detectives also but soon died which lead him back into the orphanage where he then studied law under many of the best private detectives. The detectives he studied under are the only ones that know his true name, Takumi Yoshi, but have erased all data of this. He had solved cases throughout Europe and has been voted best detective in the United Kingdom as he was raised there. Most of his cases have been numerous terrorist threats including bombings of big cities and numerous bank heists, all of which have been solved in a matter of weeks.

His more impressive points were through interrogations. He can make almost anyone submit through his many forms of interrogations even those that are 'over the top' as people say. He was almost convicted for torturing some of his suspects but they admitted to their crimes before the federal law could reach him.

As for his school life, apart from finishing at the top of his class constantly, he finished university at the age of 17 with a law degree and many medals and trophies for his work. His personal health is a different matter, his smoking habits have been said to be over accessive, smoking over thirty cigarettes a day since he started which leaves some people worried.

Name: Maximillian "Max" Raines

Occupation: Citizen

Personality: Moody, emotions fluctuate often. Usually quiet around unknown people. Is not very smart (B-C student like), but excellent in getting into other people's heads. If provoked the right way, he can become quite angry. Very refined and somewhat arrogant.

Bio: Max was born into a wealthy family, and was very sheltered during childhood. He was born with heterochromia, a disease thatallows his eyes to be two diffrent colors. He is also colorblind because of his condition. His Mom's side of the family came from great wealth while his Dad's family were about middle class. He lived a pretty average life, he enjoyed reading books, and playing games such as chess, and video games. Max was very close to his mother, and she was his best freind grownig up. When he was a child his father often fought over money with his mother, causing him to resent his father.
His life was completely changed when his mother was convicted of three counts of first degree murder. His father quickly abandoned him to his grandparents and got married shortly after. Max was shocked for years, unable to believe his mother could commit such horrible crimes, and angered as well as greifed by his father's actions. A few years later, Max's mother is killed by a heart attack while in prision. He inherits all of her possesions, including a fully customized silver M1911 pistol, adorned with engravings and gold plating. From then on he carried the gun everywhere he went, even becoming an expert shot with it.
Max has begun his own investigation of his mother's conviction and death, and has only one lead: Kira. Max refuses to believe his mother died of natural causes and is determined to find and kill Kira, to avenge his mother whom he now believes was wrongly convicted and even possibly framed for the crimes.

Occupation: 4th runner up in Wammy's House.

Bio: His alias is The God of the New World. Just call him 'J' for short. He was born in the Philippines and is obviously smart. 'J' moved to Los Angeles, CA when he was 5 years old hoping for a better life and a better education. He had a personality of a scale, once ticked it can all mean good... or bad for that person.

'J' was very, very smart for his age and did everything quickly and accurately. Roger then discovered him and brought him to Wammy's house. He was very shy and didn't do much work in Wammy's house. People thought he was stupid and didn't deserve to succeed the Greatest Detective of All-time: 'L'.

'J', believe it or not is smarter then Light, L, Near, Mello, and Matt COMBINED! He just didn't show his true potential due to his shyness and how his emotions got the better of him at times, like Mello. After aging a bit he unlocked his true potential and was found to be the true successor of L.

Yes, being smarter then all of them combined is most definitely unbelievable. There is already a ~J~ and that is Mail Jeevas aka Matt himself. You are making a total Gary Stu at him being perfect intellectual wise. He cannot be the true successor of L for that is Near.

Personality:She is one for quiet and alone, She also loves to write stroys.

Bio: She had a mormal life up until she was three years old.Her parents were brutly murdered, she was taken to a normal orphanage, She kept to herself at that orphanage she was to scared to get to know people.She wears ripped old denim jeans(Black), with a black and red striped t-shirt(Short sleeve), with black tennis-shoes. She likes videogames but doesn't play them very often, infact hardly if ever. She went to To-oh college.

She was a quiet more alone person. Everytime you looked at her you would see some kind of pencil or paper in her hand.Usually a mechanical pencil with college rule paper.She listens to her Ipod during her free time. she knew alittle about L and only met him in person once or twice. She never spoke to many people, and despises Kira.

She was and is working in a japanese task force, and has been for 2 years(Still is).She finished collage with a masters degree in english.She is tended to be seen writeing or drawing. you also see her in a writing store of something.She never smoked before, but hung around alot of people who smoked. Currently lives in an apartment by herself.

Personality:She is quiet,politre, generous,and thoughtful. She is quiet but has great comebacks when coming to a verbal fight.She has alittle bit of humor and hardly uses it.

Bio: When she was 13 her parents died, and she was really down about it.She was the quite girl of the family, Her twin sister was an angel during school, and loved the parents dearly. Her sister, Karmy, 10 when their parents died was always depending on her older sister. Her sister,Kari did care for Karmy and her alone.Kari loves video games, Thats all she did on her free time, playgames.

She is over protective of Karmy and refuses to deal with any bullshit from anyone. She hated people who harmed Karmy. She moved to Japan soon after the parent death and took Karmy with her. Karmy didn't want to be here, but knew why her sister picked her over staying in america where they were origanally.


But as they moved the new schools bugged them, Kari attends To-oh currtently as her sister atends middle school. The new school, the teachers ocationally spoke a foriegn language and Kari and Karmy were confused.Kari took lessons to speaak the language and taught her sister. Kari after school sits and plays games, ocationally she helped Karmy with her homework. but Kari has a job right after school, at the video game shop.She leaves her sister ocationally for a meetin of the Mafia.

Personality: Hyper and Entergetic like Misa but definatly not stupid. She is clever and cunning and always on L's side

Bio:
Kitty Lovett was born to a single mother in Japan. Her mother did not want her and left poor Kitty on the street. One day, Watari found her and took her to his orphange. There she found L, Near, and Mello who imeaditly befreinded her and took her in thinking even at a young age of 3 and 5 that she had potential.

It was L who took Kitty under his wing. Kitty was L's little sister to him and would always be by her side. Kitty was the only emotions L had ever felt. He would protect her in great danger and do anything to help her.

When L left the orphanage, Kitty became depressed. She ran way in search of him. 4 years later they were reunited. Now Kitty will never leave L's side beacause she is afraid of losing him.

Bio:
Scarlett was raised in Wammys House under the Nickname Candy. She was a quiet popular kid at the orphanage, probably because she always had a friendly an caring nature. She learned to play violin and piano at a young age.

Even though Candy wasn't dumb, or less intelligent, she never really cared if anybody was smarter than her. She only to admired one guy: L, who was one year older than her. In the orphanage Candy was known for 3 skills: To draw a realistic picture in a a couple minutes, to play piano and violin by ear and to unravel a mystery in a few minutes. ( Of course it depends on the complexity factor )

After she left Wammys House, she became a well-known artist. She played a lot of classic concerts. Her drawings also became quite known.
In her spare time she always kept an eye on L. Not face to face of cause. However she read a lot about his cases and came immediately interested in the Kira case, which led to the point where she joined the Task Force.
